  Shannon is very kind and knowledgeable. She makes calling an insurance agent pleasant. Their rates are good as well. I'd recommend this office to anyone looking for insurance.

  All the things I could say about the amazing people at Jeannie Gregory's State Farm. Everyone there is so helpful and will always go above and beyond for you. They take your needs and/or concerns very serious. I've had a couple different insurances but I will never leave State Farm.. All due to the outstanding customer service. Shay has worked with me several times and always displayed kindness. She has worked up some magic for me. I'm glad I made the decision to switch go State Farm and experience I've had this far :) If I could give more stars I would.. :)
